HireQApp Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply to all legal relationships arising from a Participant’s participation in the Loyalty Program.

2. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the participation agreement concluded between the Organizer and the Participant.

Definitions

• “Mobile App” – The mobile application provided by HireQApp.

• “Program,” “Loyalty Program” – The loyalty program with rewards offered to participants by the Organizer.

• “Terms and Conditions” – These Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program.

• “Organizer” – HI-RE Sp. z o.o., based in Krakow, Poland.

• “Participant” – An individual or business user registered in the Program.

• “QCoins” – Points awarded within the Loyalty Program according to the established earning structure.

• “Rewards” – Items, services, or other benefits available in exchange for QCoins.

• “Catalog” – The list of available rewards.

• “Offer” – The currently valid list of rewards and QCoin values as specified in the Catalog.

• “Business Day” – Any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday under applicable law.

Joining the Program

1. You join the loyalty program by expressing your interest during registration or at a later time. Registering for the program requires accepting the terms and conditions.

2. Only individuals aged 18 and above with legal capacity may join the program.

3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Participants may opt out of the Loyalty Program at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. Opting out results in the loss of all accumulated QCoins.

5. The Organizer may exclude Participants in case of misuse, violations of these Terms, or other agreements with the Organizer.

Earning QCoins

1. QCoins are earned based on actions performed within the HireQApp platform according to the earning structure detailed in the program overview.

2. QCoins are credited after the successful completion of verified activities, including account registration, referrals, and hires.

3. Additional QCoins can be earned for submitting specific data to [email protected]:

• Newsletter Subscription: Provide the registered phone number or email for 2 QCoins.

• App Review: Submit a review on Google Play or the App Store, upload a screenshot, and provide your registered phone number or email for 3 QCoins.

1. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their data. The Organizer reserves the right to verify participant data before awarding QCoins.

Redeeming Rewards

1. QCoins can be redeemed for rewards listed in the current Catalog.

2. Participants must have a sufficient QCoin balance to redeem specific rewards as specified in the Offer.

3. Rewards include premium accounts, branded merchandise, and professional training programs such as forklift operator certification.

4. Loyalty QCoins cannot be combined with promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.

5. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary equivalents.

6. If a reward becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer may offer an equivalent reward or refund the QCoins used.

Data Protection

1. The Organizer processes personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR). Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their data as specified in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and Disputes

1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated to Participants at least 14 days before they take effect.

2. In case of disputes related to the Program, the parties will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved by a competent court in Poland.

Promotions and Marketing

1. Participants receiving rewards may be asked to provide promotional testimonials or participate in marketing campaigns. This is voluntary and requires explicit consent.

2. Participants acknowledge that their anonymized data may be used for promotional purposes in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
